After several rounds of comps, the West Hartford Center merchants decided on this board which incorporated the lamps and brick sidewalks which characterize the shopping area.
The second in the series, this board was created for the holiday shopping season. It also features the trademark lamp posts, this time with the addition of holiday themes and colors.
