This site was developed for Kaoud Brothers as an alternative homepage to their existing site. The attempt here is to deliver stronger online branding. Television and radio (and occasional print) ads tout the personalities of Abe Kaoud and his two sons. This is an attempt to further develop the branding while still serving the needs of their multiple locations.

Pashas.com was developed as an online reference for Pasha's customers looking for additional information about the store, rug care and maintenance, and special sales or discounts while showcasing an experienced and knowledgeable  staff and a beautiful showroom. Its purpose is to a) give current customers information after store hours (such as emergency rug care), and b) sell/reinforce the store's brand identity to potential customers who are comparison shopping.

THE SHAMROCK DUATHLON
This site was DEF Design's first foray into web design. It started as a few simple pages with a smattering of graphics residing on someone's personal web space. Today, it has grown into a sophisticated web site with its own domain name complete with course maps, race results, a downloadable application in Adobe pdf format and links to all the event sponsors and race organizations. It is the best source of up-to-date information for the annual Shamrock Duathlon road race. |

SHOCKERS
This site was built as an online reference for the Shockers slo-pitch softball team which plays in Simsbury, Connecticut. The site features the team schedule, league by-laws, tidbits about the players, and links to sites for equipment manufacturers and softball organizations. It is rich with softball diagrams and photo illustrations of the players in action. |

This site was developed for Winding Trails Recreation Association as a supplement to the newspaper advertisement and printed brochure promoting the annual Fat Tire Classic mountain bike race. It features the latest maps, race information, race results over the past three years, and a downloadable application in Adobe pdf format.
